This charming figure is known as the Church Mouse Musician playing the Flute. He is part of a small medieval musical band that performs quietly within the church, often heard during Sunday choir practice. They play for the love of music alone, surviving only on the kind donations left by the congregation.
Well behaved and full of good morals, this little mouse leads a humble life among the choir stalls of the Cathedral. Could you be his saviour and give him a new home where he will be cherished and admired?
Each Church Mouse is cast in resin from a mould taken directly from the original hand-carved sculpture. They are not wooden carvings, though their carefully finished surface reflects the warmth and character of aged oak. Produced in small batches with great care and attention to detail, some pieces are made to order, so please allow 3–4 days before dispatch.
