Shipping policy

Processing times – we normally aim to get your order in the post within 2-3 business days, although it may be a few days longer at busy times e.g. the run up to Christmas.
Shipping methods & costs – the options available are set by the Royal Mail delivery service you select at checkout.
Estimated delivery times – UK  and international timeframes are set by the Royal Mail delivery service you select.
Shipping destinations – we ship to the UK, North America, and others shown in the checkout page.
Order tracking – tracking is available if you choose a delivery option that provides it.
Lost or damaged items – see our refund policy.
International shipping – Import duties, taxes, and other such charges are not included in the item's price or postal costs. Such charges are the buyers responsibility. 
Please check with your countries customs offices to find out if there are any additional costs e.g. tariffs, before before your purchase. 
Undeliverable packages – please check that your address is correct when buying. We can't be held responsible for undeliverable and incorrect addresses.
Holiday/busy period delays – deliveries may be delayed by up to a week during UK national holidays such Christmas/New Year/Easter. 
Customs charges outside the UK - Oakapple Designs is based in the UK. For overseas orders please contact us to discuss the likelihood and size of of customs fees into e.g. the EU or North America. Obviously we do not control any tariffs that may be levied by e.g. the USA or EU.
